Fuel prices indicated are in USD/USG unless otherwise shown
For International Locations (non-US Domestic): Fuel prices indicated are base prices. Any taxes, duties and fees are in addition depending on the type of
operation [Private* / Non-Private]
For US Domestic Locations: Fuel prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes, duties and fees**
If you are claiming exemption from certain taxes, duties and fees, it is the operator's sole responsibility to show the correct documentation
(Air Operators Certificate, 80/20 declaration as applicable) to the fuel supplier prior to delivery. Any subsequent claim for exemption will be investigated by
AML Global on behalf of the client, however, the outcome cannot be guaranteed and all taxes, duties and fees will be payable.
Fuel prices are effective as indicated and are subject to change without notification from our suppliers.
Invoices are raised in accordance with the suppliers invoiced currency unless otherwise agreed by AML Global Limited at the time of ordering.
It is essential that you use the supplier / FBO as indicated on the AML Global fuel release / notification.
*According to EU Directive 2003/96/EC 'private pleasure-flying' shall mean the use of an aircraft by its owner or
the natural or legal person who enjoys its use either through hire or through any other means, for other than commercial purposes and in
particular other than for the carriage of passengers or goods or for the supply of services for consideration or for the purposes of
public authorities.
** Excluding the AML Facility Fee
AML Global Limited seeks to provide our clients with the most competitive prices available in accordance with itinerary requirements.
However, while prices detailed at time of order are correct at time of processing, the actual price invoiced may differ to that quoted above as
prices are subject to change without notification from our suppliers.

Invoice Query Policy |

AML Global, as agent for the customer, will investigate any invoice query raised by a customer, and where appropriate will endeavour to
achieve a credit from the fuel supplier. Upon request AML Global will request from the supplier and forward to the customer all appropriate
records relating to the invoiced fuel uplift. Any credit received will be paid or credited back to the customer as soon as received from the
supplier.
Notwithstanding any invoice queries raised, the customer is required to pay the presented invoice according to the stated terms of business.
Any credits received will be promptly passed on to the customer.
All invoiced charges are payable by customer in full and without any right of offset,
Please direct any accounting queries or disputes to accounts-team@amlglobal.net within 7 days from invoice date.
Otherwise, it is assumed by all parties that this invoice is accepted and will be processed for payment within the Customer's agreed terms,

Cancellations and Refund Policy |

After fuel has been uplifted refunds, cancellations or returns are not available.
